P.L.RAJ MEMORIAL STUDY CIRCLE is the Institute for the civil aspirants who are preparing for IAS, IPS (UPSC) and TNPSC Examinations. It was started with the main aim to produce the Civil Servants with the social and national responsibility. We do not just believe in giving the Success Ratio. For us, Success Ratio is not ‘Quantity’ but ‘Quality’. The Quality Education makes the person to feel more responsible towards society and the nation. As the Civil Servants are the Policy Makers of the Government, they should be educated qualitatively. Our principle notion is to produce the best citizens who aim to build the healthy society.
